Do I need to get an enrollment code?
For on campus courses which have an online component students normally enroll themselves using a code that their instructor gives them. If you need a code, your instructor should give you your code in class when you meet. If not, you should send a message to your instructor requesting the code. It is important to have the correct code to ensure that you are enrolled in the course correctly.

How are students enrolled in online courses?
If the course is a hybrid that meets on campus, students should receive an enrollment code and instructions at their first on campus meeting. If the class only meets online, students should be enrolled automatically if they are preregistered. Students who register for the course late should log into the HELP using their email username and password, click the name of the instructor under the name of the course in the listing, send the instructor a message.

What is is my username and password?
The username and password that you need to use for online courses is the same as the one used for the Concordia College email which both students and staff are given. The username appears on the student ID. The password should be obtained from the IT office on the first floor of Wright Complex.
